Airport Transfers

Paradise Cove Lodges provides a transportation service to and from the airport depending on the booking type and that a fee may apply. Please ensure at the time of booking that flight details are provided. Payment for transfers can be prepaid or settled on arrival.

Accommodation

Check-in

Normal Check-in time is 1:00pm. Any requests for an Early Check-in will incur a fee.

Check-out

Normal Check-out time is 10:00am. Any requests for a Late Check-out will incur a fee. Charges for Late Check-out will be dependant on departure times.

Deposit for Accommodation

A 2 night deposit is required to secure and confirm a reservation. This is to be paid by Visa or MasterCard credit cards. A surcharge bank fee of 4% will incur on top of the deposit amount.

Balance for Accommodation

Remaining balance for accommodation is to be paid in full on arrival at check-in.

Key Deposit

All rooms require a key deposit which is fully refundable when keys are returned. If keys are misplaced the deposit will not be refunded. This is processed on arrival at check-in.

Cancellations

31 days or over - No fee
15 to 30 days - 1 night accommodation charge
8 to 14 days - 2 nights accommodation charge
Within 7 Days, No show, & Early departure - Full accommodation charge

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by customer & Paradise Cove.

Activities

Confirmation of Booking
For all activity bookings we require the following details:
* Name of Activity/Operator
* Date to partake in activity
* Number of persons

Upon receiving this information we will also require a deposit.

Deposit for Activities

A 10% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking details.
