Airport Transfers

Paradise Cove Lodges provides a complimentary transportation service to and from the airport. Please ensure at the time of booking that flight details are provided. 

Accommodation

Check-in

Normal Check-in time is 1:00pm. Any requests for an Early Check-in will incur a fee.

Check-out

Normal Check-out time is 10:00am. Any requests for a Late Check-out will incur a fee. Charges for Late Check-out will be dependant on departure times.

Deposit for Accommodation

A 2 night deposit per bungalow is required to secure and confirm a reservation. This is to be paid by Visa or MasterCard credit cards at the time of the reservation. A surcharge bank fee of 4% will incur on top of the deposit amount.

Balance for Accommodation

Remaining balance for accommodation is to be paid in full 14 days prior arrival to hotel. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard credit card. A further surcharge bank fee of 4% will incur on top of the final amount.

Key Deposit

All rooms require a key deposit which is fully refundable when keys are returned. If keys are misplaced the deposit will not be refunded. This is processed on arrival at check-in.

Cancellations

46 days or over - No charge (refund of deposit if any held on a reservation)
Within 31 to 45 days - 1 night accommodation charge
Within 15 to 30 days - 2 nights accommodation charge
Within 14 Days, No show, & Early departure - Full accommodation charge

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by customer & Paradise Cove.

Please note carefully that a surcharge 4% bank fee will be deducted from your deposits upon cancellation of your booking. Example: Deposit held 300.00NZD less surcharge 4% (12.00NZD) bank fee = 288.00NZD.

Activities

Confirmation of Booking
For all activity bookings we require the following details:
* Name of Activity/Operator
* Date to partake in activity
* Number of persons

Upon receiving this information we will also require a deposit.

Deposit for Activities

A 10% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking details.
