Airport Transfers
Paradise Cove Lodges provides a transportation service to and from the airport depending on the booking type a fee may apply. Please ensure at the time of booking your flight details are provided. Payment for transfers can be prepaid or settled on arrival.
Accommodation
Checkin
The normal time for checkin is 1.00pm, any requests for an Early Checkin will incur a fee.
Checkout
The normal time for check out is 10.00am, any requests for a Late Checkout will incur a fee. Charges for checkout will be dependant on departure times.
Deposit
Upon confirmation of booking we require
a 2 night deposit to secure reservation, this can be paid by Visa or MasterCard credit cards only or money transfers into our nominated bank account.
Key Deposit
All rooms require a key deposit which is fully refundable when keys are returned. If keys are misplaced the deposit will not be refunded.
Balance for Accommodation
The balance for accommodation is to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival. We will endeavor to make contact 3 days prior to debiting credit card to reaffirm deduction.
Cancellations
30 days or over No fee
15 to 30 days 1 nights accommodation
1 to 14 days 2 nights accommodation
No show Full accommodation
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by customer & Paradise Cove.
Activities
Confirmation of Booking
For all activity bookings we require the following details:
* Name of Activity/Operator
* Date to partake in activity
* Number of pax
Upon receiving this information we will also require a deposit.
Deposits
A 10% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking details.
